How is Ridger remunerated?

Exclusively through fees agreed with the family, defined at the initial consultation according to the scope entrusted. Ridger receives no retrocessions or commissions from banks or managers.

Where is our data hosted?

In Switzerland. Family documents and data reside on Swiss infrastructure, encrypted, with controlled named access. Discretion and professional secrecy structure every process.

What does a first consultation look like?

A confidential, no-obligation conversation, in Geneva or remotely, to understand your situation and priorities. We reply to every enquiry within one business day.

Is Ridger independent from banks?

Yes. Ridger belongs to no bank and distributes no financial products. This independence guarantees that our reading of your statements, performance and fees serves one interest only: yours.

Ridger is a brand of the Ark group, operated by Ark Fiduciaire SA in Geneva, affiliated with the SRO SO-FIT. Families benefit from an established Swiss framework with a resolutely digital approach.

What your family needs, under one roof.

Ridger is a multi-family office based in Geneva, working with families across Switzerland. We act as an outsourced family office: the organisation of a single family office, without having to build one. For families considering a single family office, we help plan and coordinate its set-up with their lawyers and advisers, who handle the legal structure.

Consolidated reporting

A single view of your entire wealth — banks, custodians, real estate, private equity, collectible assets. Independent of any bank, with full transparency on performance and fees.

Investment oversight

Monitoring of mandates and managers, consolidated performance, fee and risk reviews, and preparation of your family investment committee. Oversight and coordination — never asset management.

Family office coordination

A single point of contact orchestrating bankers, lawyers, notaries, tax advisors and insurers — through to household management and special requests.

Governance & succession

Family charters, next-generation education, estate planning and succession coordination under Swiss law, with trust and foundation structures via established Swiss partners.

Tax & administration

Swiss tax compliance and optimisation — including lump-sum taxation — payroll for your employees and household staff, domiciliation, mail and administration.

Digital vault

An encrypted family document vault with Swiss data residency, structured records and controlled sharing with your advisors.

Real estate & transactions

Property management and administration of your assets, sourcing and evaluation of opportunities, and transaction coordination with notaries, banks and due diligence.

Property management

Owner-side administration of your residences and rental properties: leases, service charges, managing agents, works and consolidated reporting.

Household staff and payroll

Running your residences and every employer obligation for your household staff: contracts, social insurance, payroll and certificates.

Relocation and residence

Your family's move to Switzerland, coordinated: permits, registrations, health insurance, schools, housing and tax status.

Domiciliation and mail

A correspondence address in Geneva, receipt and scanning of your mail, and follow-up of every deadline.
