Residence permits
Coordination of Swiss residence permit applications with the cantonal migration office — the OCPM in Geneva — within the framework set by the SEM: B, C or L permits depending on your situation, and cross-border (G) status where it applies. Immigration law questions are handled with your lawyers.
Registrations
Registering your arrival with the cantonal office or the municipality, depending on the canton, address changes and follow-up of the documents required for each family member.
Health insurance
Enrolment of every family member in compulsory health insurance (LAMal) within the legal deadline after arrival, with a clear reading of the available models.
Schools and housing
Coordination of the choice of school, public or private, and of the housing search with agents, in step with the family's timetable.
Practical life
Exchanging a foreign driving licence, registering vehicles, bank accounts and insurance: everyday formalities, followed through to the end.
Tax status
Coordination of your tax position on arrival with your tax advisers, including a review of lump-sum taxation (forfait fiscal) where the legal conditions are met.
